5 Ways to Get Back Into Yoga

2) Make a Commitment 

If you make a commitment to do something like yoga 5 times a week, it will be much easier for you to stick to your routine. Try setting an alarm on your phone or computer each day that prompts you to practice!

3) Choose a Studio That is Comfortable for You

If you’re not comfortable in a yoga studio, then it will be difficult for you to feel motivated to go. Look into different studios near your home or office and find one that has the type of classes that fit best with your schedule!

4) Get Yoga Clothes

Yoga clothes are widely available these days, and they’re pretty affordable! You don’t need to spend a lot of money on yoga clothes; just make sure that you have the basics.

5) Find an Accountability Partner

Sometimes it’s easier to stick with something if there is someone else involved in your life who will be expecting you to show up. Find someone who is interested in yoga, and then work out a routine that works for both of your schedules!
