How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your YogiFi Mat. Please reach out to [email protected]  with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—YogiFi packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to [email protected]  and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

What is Installments by Affirm?

Installments by Affirm is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them as per their terms and conditions.

How do I use Installments by Affirm?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Affirm as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Affirm and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Affirm. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Where can I use Installments by Affirm?

Installments by Affirm can only be applied to purchases made on YogiFi.fit.

Can I use Installments by Affirm if I’m an international customer?

Affirm is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard or American Express (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Affirm.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on YogiFi.fit using Installments by Affirm.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Installments by Affirm?

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Affirm purchase by mail for a refund. Email [email protected] and we can help! Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Affirm will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Affirm.
